  •       Application:
          It is applied to heating injection molding machine tube and extruding machine mold.
          Structure:

          It adopts Ni80Cr20 resistance wire to twine around mica insulation sheet, making the heating body light and small. Metal shell is made of stainless steel plate or galvanized steel plate.


          Technical Parameter:
          The average working temperature is up to 350℃. The power density is less than 4W/cm2.
          Power connection mode:
          1.Plug type wiring: maximum 20A.
          2.Junction box type wiring: multiphase fixed connection for option.

          3. High temperature line lead-out type wiring: shielding heat-resistant pure nickel wire.
